Village Board proclaims April 2018 to be: “Parents Who Host Lost The Most: Don’t be a party to underage drinking” month

At the Village Regular Board Meeting held March 8, 2018, the Eagle Village Board unanimously voted to proclaim the month of April 2018 to be “Parents who Host, Lose the Most: Don’t be a party to underage drinking” month. Link to Proclamation: Proclamation, Parents Who Host Lose The Most

This time of year brings lots of opportunities for teens to celebrate.  Unfortunately, many times these celebrations end in tragedy because the party was fueled by alcohol provided by an adult.

Now through June, the Village of Eagle Board and Waukesha County Drug Free Communities are raising awareness about the health and safety risks of adults serving alcohol at teen parties.  The “Parents Who Host, Lose The Most” campaign includes public events and educational displays around the community. Be a leader in the community and support prevention of underage drinking. Contact Ronna Corliss, County Prevention Manager, for campaign materials or ways to get involved or 262-677-2216

We want to give a big THANK YOU to all who have donated so far to our Village Park Kids Play Equipment fund.  The latest donations are from Kettle Moraine Riders Snowmobile Club, Eagle Horseshoe Tournament, Generac Power Systems, Rustix, Haasse Lockwood & Associates, and many Eagle residents.

Thank you!!!

We would like to begin the first phase of play equipment installation in Spring 2018.  Cost estimates are expected to be about $80,000.  Thanks to our kind donors, we have raised $19,344.53 towards that goal to date, but much more is needed.  Since ALL donations are tax deductible, please keep us in mind for a year-end tax deduction.  Your donation will help make new memories for our kids that will last a lifetime.  After all, “every child deserves a fun and safe place to play.”  For more information, visit our website at
